Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. To initiate an exchange:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Provide details and photos of the issue.
• Return the item in its original condition.

Once approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Custom-made hair extensions.
• Items purchased during sale or clearance events.
• Used or altered products.
